How we feel is the way our body communicates to let us know if something is right or wrong. If what is happening feels good, chances are it’s something that we will embrace. But, if it doesn’t feel so good, we want to avoid it. Pretty simple concept.
We put many names on our feelings. Good ones are happy, confident, courageous, peaceful, etc., and ones that are not so good are anger, jealousy, guilt, shame, hate, etc. Feelings are also known as emotions, and that is the term we will use here.
The word emotion is sometimes referred to as E-Motion — Energy in Motion. Just as it implies, the energy of the feeling is supposed to keep moving and leave when an event is over. Most of us have been taught that these emotions are our burden to carry through life, but that is not so. We are meant to be happy.
The energy of an emotion. Everything in this universe has its own unique frequency vibration of energy, even emotions. Emotions are like the wind that you cannot see, but you can feel.
Good emotions tend to flow through us easily. Those that are not so good are the ones that seem to get stuck. This ball of energy then puts pressure on the surrounding area. As more of these energies become stuck or as we say it–trapped–pressure builds and creates the state of dis-ease.
If you still feel hurt, angry, or afraid from something that happened long ago, you have trapped emotions. And, more than likely, we all have some trapped emotions built up over a lifetime.
We call these trapped emotions that have built up over time, Emotional Baggage and it can quite literally weigh you down. So what can be done to get rid of this emotional baggage we are carrying around, that may be contributing to our health problems?
The Emotion Code was created to do just that! It was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a holistic chiropractor for over 20 years. During those years, he noticed that his patients didn’t always get the best results with chiropractic care.
